Flavour Profile

There's no heat here, no spice, no single note to name. What Jugaad It does in a dish is quieter than that and more useful.

The salt hits first, clean and immediate, pulling out whatever is already in the food. The sugar follows on the mid-palate, softening anything that's sharp or flat. Then the MSG settles in and stays, adding a savory depth that makes the whole dish feel finished rather than just seasoned.

Cooking Instructions
