Love this on fish!

I’ve actually only used this on fish so far and I LOVE it!!! I think it really shines on fish such as Atlantic cod and halibut. I hardly ever bought Atlantic cod in the past. It always seemed to taste rather flat, despite my efforts. And I cook a lot of seafood! Sablefish, sea bass, salmon, halibut, shrimp, trout, scallops, etc etc. Atlantic cod seems to feature predominantly in fish & chips, which I don’t fancy making at home (it is purely our London indulgence lol). One day it was on sale and looked so fresh I couldn’t resist. So I bought it and doused it with Cajun seasoning, oil, roast it, and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice. Holy wow! Try it- you won’t regret it! This is a salt free blend so do remember to salt to taste. I’ve almost used up an entire packet of the seasoning on cod so yes I really love it. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
