I used this as a dry rub on grilled colossal shrimp and in some balsamic reduction aioli. Both turned out exceptionally yummy.

I've added this to sour cream, cream cheese, and greek yogurt based dip. It's truly perfect. Really kicks up any creamy base and the beer malt makes it cravable. Big hit at parties.
