Lemon Shallot Dip with Island Creek Oysters' Mignonette Blend

Our incredible collab with Island Creek Oysters is the blend that keeps on giving. While it is super tasty used in a traditional mignonette it also makes a delicious dip! This creamy, tart and peppery dip is sure to be the topic of conversation of your next gathering! Especially if served with a side of caviar.

  • Ingredients

    2 cups sour cream

    2 Tbs Spicewalla x Island Creek Oysters Mignonette Blend

    1/2 tsp lemon zest

    2 tsp lemon juice

    chives, finely diced for garnish

    potato chips, for serving

    caviar, for serving (optional)

    Preparation

    1. In a small mixing bowl combine the sour cream, Mignonette Blend, lemon zest and lemon juice
    2. Place in a serving bowl and keep cold until ready to serve.
    3. Garnish with chives and serve with potato chips. If you're feeling extra fancy serve with a side of caviar. Enjoy!
