Answer to a problem I didn't know I had!

I've been experimenting with recipes for lavender lemon butter cookies. I've tried without success but then remembered that I had a tin of this sugar. It is just what I needed to finish up the cookies with the flavor I've been looking for! Thanks so much, Spicewalla.
