Ingredients
1 1/2oz gin (We used beefeaters)
1/2oz cointreau
3/4oz lemon
3/4oz spice walla lavender lemon sugar cordial
1 egg white (optional)
Preparation
Make cordial with lemon juice and spicewalla lavender lemon sugar
- 50 g lavender lemon sugar
- 50 g lemon juice
- 50 g water
- Combine all ingredients in a pot heat on medium until combined
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a container
Assemble Cocktail
- Rim a martini glass with spicewalla lavender lemon sugar
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake
- Add ice and shake some more
- Strain ice out and dry shake again
- Strain into a martini glass do some cool bitters art!
