It's a VERY good spice blend

The right amount of black pepper is in this blend to allow me to use it in a sweetened oatmeal formulation. It doesn't interfere with the maple syrup I use as a sweetener.

Mixed with the Biryani Masala, this is dynamite!

I've been happily making Biryani since this arrived. I mix half and half with the Biryani Masala and the combination is an absolute winner!
This is a wonderful, high quality spice mix! The spices are course ground, making them easy to toast(a pre-req IMO) and add delightful texture to my one pot Biryani!
