Ingredients: Asheville-grown red jalapeños, red wine vinegar, Vidalia onion, avocado oil, garlic cloves, Spicewalla smoked paprika, granulated sugar, kosher salt. 1 bottle is 12.35 fluid ounces.
One bottle and we were in love. I quickly ordered two more as gifts. Just a little dap will do you. But don’t hold back. Great stuff if you love the heat.

Perfect for pimento cheese
Bought this in 2024 as a Christmas gift for my husband, but now use it all the time (1 1/2 tsp.) in my recipe with 8 oz. pack of finely shredded cheddar (& other secret ingredients). Yes, I know hand-grated cheese is always better, but this sauce helps produce a great final product no one complains about, so just ordered/received my second bottle.

The hot sauce
The sauce is a little much in vinegar. I expected a real Hot Hot sauce. This one was a bit mild.

Hot, spicy and tasty!
I love hot foods (the kind that make me sweat) but in addition to being hot it HAS to be tasty and this sauce has it all! I put it on pasta, bloody Mary’s and anything else I feel needs more kick. Delicious!
