I bought several gift cards but have been unable to use most of them because you are out of stock on so many items. I can only believe that this is because your spices are so popular that demand has outweighed your supply. I hope to see more variety available soon.
A Spicewalla gift card is a great gift! The system was easy for me to navigate including attaching a message and arranging notification for recipient. More importantly and best of all the recipient was so excited!!

I love these spices! I’m a huge fan of Chai Pani, and the fact that there are so many of their amazing recipes on this site is fabulous. The spice blends are better than I’ve found at any other specialty spice company, and I love trying new ones. Great gift, I highly recommend to anyone in your life who loves to cook!

I appreciate having paper vs. digital gift card options. I have a suggestion re: the digital gift card option: delivery to the gift card recipient (similar to other e-gift cards); or, clarify in the description/FAQs how the digital gift card is delivered. I reviewed the FAQs and product description but didn't find any specific instructions re: delivery to the recipient. I placed my order expecting to get instructions to enter my recipient's email address at some point but never got a prompt. I think this added feature and/or some clarity about how the recipient gets the digital gift card will make this a 5-star product.

We agree this is an unfortunate issue with our system and are actively trying to remedy the situation and search for a better gift card delivery option! At this time, we suggest customers send the gift card to themselves, and then forward the digital gift card to their desired recipient. It's not the most elegant solution, but it's the best one we have currently! We appreciate your understanding and support. - Spicewalla Team
