Bright cranberry tartness meets sunny orange zest for a sugar that’s equal parts cozy and refreshing. Use it to rim a cocktail glass, dust over cakes and quick breads, or stir into tea when you want a little sip of celebration.
Ingredients
sugar, cranberry powder (cranberry, silica), orange juice powder (maltodextrin, orange juice solids, orange oil), rice hulls
This sugar is so finely ground and so are the Cranberries that you feel like it's very dust. It's not overwhelming and adds a lovely little hint of flavor. I put it on cereal, ice cream and who knows what else might come along. I'll probably purchase another tin.
