Straight off the Chai Pani menu, the warming flavours of black tea, ginger, and cardamom make this Chai a soothing bevy that is comfort in a cup!
To brew for two: In a saucepot, combine 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup water, & 1 Tbsp chai blend. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer for 5 minutes. Strain & sweeten to taste. Enjoy!
I sent this to my daughter who has been sick and loves chai tea. The order was placed and shipped to her very quickly! I am so glad they have so many choices for tea and spices. They are so delicious.

Not well mixed?
Very possible that this is user error, but the first dozen cups I made were very ginger-y (maybe overly so) and now this just tastes like black tea. I presume things settled in the bag and that I hadn't realized it (and therefore didn't mix it enough). So this is probably my mistake in not realizing how much the powdered ginger would have shifted in transit. Unless this is a wider problem and it's not just me.
Point being, flavor is good. Mix well.
