Unlike your normal drive-thru chai, this blend is inspired by Indian street flavors: heavier on the ginger and cardamom, and lighter on the cinnamon. Use this spice mix to brew a premium cup of Chai, in desserts, baking, oatmeal, or homemade ice cream.
Brewing Instructions for 1 Cup of Chai: In a small pot, add ½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative) and ½ cup water. Bring to a low simmer. Add ¼ tsp Chai Masala and 1 tsp black tea leaves or one black tea bag. Simmer for another 3 minutes. Strain and sweeten to your liking with sugar or honey. Enjoy!

The chai masala is perfectly balanced adding just the right taste of spice to tea. Lots of compliments for the chai I have made for various friends and family. My go to chai masala for the last few years.
