Ingredients
1 lb baby gold potatoes
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Spicewalla Chai Masala
Spicewalla Cyprus Flake Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 420°F, and heat a large pot of water until boiling, then add washed whole potatoes.
2. Boil potatoes for about 10 minutes until soft enough to smash.
3. Remove the potatoes from the pot, and let cool for a moment. Then with a greased spatula or the bottom of a sturdy glass, press the potatoes firmly until they're flattened.
4. Lay potatoes gently onto a greased sheet pan and brush generously with olive oil. Sprinkle Chai Masala, and bake for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
5. Salt to taste and enjoy with Maggi Ketchup!
