I was gifted this to make my favorite botiwalla potato recipe and was saddened to find there is a wheat component in this (that is not mentioned on the botiwalla menu). other chaat masalas i've used are gluten free and and there is no ingredient which seems to contain wheat so I'm confused why this is labeled to contain wheat.

I'm glad I ordered it
I use it to supplement oatmeal, and it's not as peppery as the garam masala is. In fact, if I add half a teaspoon of your citrus and sesame blend, I can't sense the pepper at all.

Wonderful Present
This is ond of the tins I ordered as Christmas presents for my adult kids who like experiementing with flavors and techniques. This one is so very interesting as we have never used chaat Masala before. There are recipes already earmarked to use it and it was a wonderful surprise to the recipient!
