Carne Asada Rub

(This was a stocking stuffer last xmas) I recently started making crunchwraps at home and have begun eating beef skirt steak again. This is the ONLY seasoning I’ll allow on that cut of meat. Absolutely delightful and am a life long fan of this blend.

Went to Corpus Christi last year and found this gem in a gift shop. I am just now trying it over some beef skirt for fajitas and it is amazing! Will be ordering more!

This is my go to herb mix for tacos. My family loves it.

I love to use this for marinading chicken tenders for air frying!

I thinly sliced a ribeye, rubbed it with this Carne Asada rub, added a pinch of salt, oregano and seared it in EVOO. Then I added sliced bell peppers & onions and made burrito bowls. They were fantastic. The seasonings in this tin are spot on. I'm ordering some for my son.
