Ceviche is a Latin American seafood dish that combines fish with fresh citrus and vegetables to create a flavorful, bright dish that is served cold. We added our incredibly flavorful Pescado Verde seasoning to add notes of serrano chiles, Mexican oregano, orange, and lime.
