T-Pain's The Juice

So good!

Got this as part of a Meat Hook order along with some of their amazing wings. Did air-fryer wings with just the wings, neutral oil, and this. WOW. Crisped up wonderfully, full of amazing flavor, and found myself eating leftover cold wings standing up in front of the fridge this AM as they were so good.

I love this on roast whole chickens, salmon and wings. Had amazing Super Bowl wings with this spice blend, a little cornstarch, a little extra salt and garlic. Perfectly crispy in the air fryer and were devoured by guests!

I mixed this for the first time with a little olive oil and spread it over salmon-thickly. Then served it with a pineapple, jalapeño, corn, lime, cilantro salsa over the top. This rub has an excellent kick and I can’t wait to use it more!
