French Herbed Dijon

It makes sheet pan roasting easy, Peezy. Just sprinkle on top of chicken and vegetables with a little oil and there’s dinner. Or salmon. Or pork. Or use on salad.

I bought a packet of this blend on a whim - always looking for something to do with pork loin. Followed instructions exactly and it was “lick the plate” delicious! Not sure if I can still find it locally but will be searching!

This is such a versatile spice blend. We use on fish, chicken and roasted veggies. My only complaint is that it seems to always be sold out. Please make more!! 😊
