Ingredients: brown sugar, salt, granulated sugar, honey granules, cayenne, crushed red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, spanish paprika, granulated garlic, rice hulls, citric acid 

Rubs are often used in grilling and smoking because the seasoning penetrates the meat during the cooking process. Rubs also add flavor and texture to all meats. It is recommended that you work a generous amount into the meat up to 24 hours before cooking; cover and refrigerate the meat until ready to use. Apply a second coat just before grilling or smoking.

This was great! My husband used it on ribs that he rubbed and refrigerated overnight and finished on his kamoda joe. Can’t wait to have them again! But next up, trying it on salmon!
