Don If you have a lower heat tolerance, this is just right. Had it on a stir-fry tonight and the burst of flavor was amazing. One of my daughters is ordering her own bottle. The picky one went back for more. Not so hot as to scald your taste buds. Just the right amount of heat to wake them up. Plus, we checked and you won't find a better price than SpiceWalla.
