The flakes are a great addition to all kinds of dishes from marinates, vegetables, and sauces.

I bought this on the advice of a friend as we visited the Duluth Kitchen Co.. I loved it so much I bought one for everyone on my Christmas list!

If you like warm heat and complex flavor, you will dig these.

I love that these Aleppo Pepper Flakes have just that right amount of slow heat to make them so useful. I agree with other reviewers that they are good in so many things. I add them to so many dishes as a finishing spice. Beautiful in color and subtly warm in their heat. I keep 2 at all times in my spice pantry.
