  • from past orders I have the ingredients to make my own golden milk recipe up from scratch — is there a recipe to make my own golden milk blend — I want to use the many spices I have purchased from you and would greatly appreciate a recipe to make a golden blend to then use with milk
with appreciation and best new year’s wishes

  • Hi Maria, thanks for your question! You can definitely substitute hot water. Maybe start with 1 tsp golden milk and then add more to taste!

  • Hello. Can I use this with hot water instead of milk? In other words, can I replace a turmeric tea bag blend with this, and if so, how much golden milk mix powder would you recommend for a cup of boiling water? Thanks. I love your other spices so I am excited to try this blend instead of store-bought turmeric tea.

  • Hi Lynn, thanks for the question! We would warm up the milk in the microwave for about 2 mins, and then stir in the golden milk powder. Enjoy!

  • Hi JR! The curcumin level in our turmeric is 2.5-3%!
