Seeds from 1 large carving pumpkin, rinsed and dried
2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tbs Spicewalla Blend (we used Jerk Seasoning, Chilli Lime, and Green Za'atar)
- Preheat oven to 325*F
- Place the rinsed and dried seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Drizzle the seeds with olive oil and sprinkle on your favorite Spicewalla blend, toss the seeds to make sure they are all evenly coated
- Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the seeds appear somewhat dry and lightly golden brown
- Let cool and enjoy!
