Ingredients Chicken 1 Whole Chicken 1 tsp Spicewalla Sicilian Sea Salt 1/4 tsp Black pepper, Table Grind āThe Juiceā Lemon Butter 5 Tbsp Softened unsalted butter 1 Tbsp Spicewalla T-pain āThe Juiceā 1 tsp Spicewalla Gochugaru Chili Flakes 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh chives 2 Garlic cloves, minced (or as much as your heart desires) 1/2 tsp Lemon zest 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice 1 tsp Sea salt 1/4 tsp Black pepper Vegetables 2 lb. If you choose to do this at home, here is some helpful information to help you along the way, along with a video. Preheat oven to 400Ā°F. Lay chicken breast side up on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Carefully separate the skin from the meat by running fingers under the skin. Place 3/4 of the prepared butter under the skin and spread gently by pressing down and moving around. Add remaining butter to the outer skin of the chicken and season with sea salt and pepper. Toss your vegetables with Spicewalla T-pain āThe Juiceā, blend with olive oil and arrange around the chicken on the sheet pan.
