At the heart of this showstopper is Supergay’s Fire Island Dry Gin, a bright, citrus-forward spirit with herbaceous flair that plays beautifully with summer fruits — and with just a little drama. (It is called *Fire Island*, after all.)
But the real kicker?
A *pinch* of Rose Harissa, our floral, fiery blend that’s equal parts seductive and spicy. Think watermelon juice and lime doing a tango with warming spices, cooled down with ice and served with style.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Supergay Fire Island Dry Gin
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Watermelon Juice (fresh or cold-pressed)
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Small pinch Spicewalla x Chef Cheetie Kumar's Rose Harissa (approx. 1/8 tsp)
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s or Orange Bitters
Garnish
- A rosebud or baby wedge of watermelon (because you eat (and drink) with your eyes first, darling)
- Dusting of harissa + sugar mix on half the rim (optional)

Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well-chilled.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass over a large cube or into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish and serve.
