GREEK PASTA SALAD w/ ZA'ATAR DRESSING
With picnic and potluck season just around the corner, we thought we'd offer a classic Mediterranean pasta salad recipe with a twist of za'atar. We're probably all used to that same Greek Pasta salad that shows up to every Memorial Day cookout or summertime backyard barbecue. You can count on Aunt Cindy or your next door neighbor, Deborah, to show up to these events with a pasta salad, drowning in some grocery store Italian dressing, and so sweet that it could give you a cavity. Tell Cindy and Deb to bring the dessert this year, because you've got the pasta salad under control! This fresh and vibrant salad is a meal in itself, but the "wow factor" is the Za'atar dressing. Zesty, tart, and packed with complex flavours this dressing is delicious on any salad, especially the pasta salad recipe below! Check it out!
