2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Spicewalla Za'atar, plus extra for finishing
pinch of Spicewalla Sicilian Sea Salt
pinch of Spicewalla Black Pepper, Table Grind
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cups pasta, cooked and cooled
1 cup cucumbers
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, diced
3 tablespoons Kalamata olives, halved
1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbles
to make the Za'atar dressing:
1. Place red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Spicewalla za'atar, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl, slowly whisk in olive oil until homogenous.
2. Set aside.
to Make the Pasta Salad:
1. Boil pasta, with salted water. Then strain when cooked.
2. Combine pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, olives and feta in a medium sized mixing bowl and stir together until combined. Pour dressing over salad and mix until evenly coated.
3. Sprinkle a little extra Spicewalla za'atar on top and enjoy!
