Olive Oil Martini

A martini, but make it silky & irresistible ✨ This decadent Olive Oil Martini layers botanical Gin from Asheville’s Chemist Spirits with the smooth, peppery depth of Spicewalla x Le Vigne Extra Virgin Olive Oil, creating a cocktail that’s equal parts classic and unexpected.

Recipe creator Brandon Grogan (from the Chai Pani Asheville team) gives the gin an olive oil wash for a velvety mouthfeel, then finishes the drink with a few golden drops on top!

The result? A martini that’s elegant, balanced, and just a little indulgent 🍸 Whether you batch it freezer-style for effortless pours or stir it fresh, this cocktail is proof that olive oil deserves a spot behind the bar as much as in the kitchen 🫒
