Ingredients

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil

1 tsp + 2 Tbs Spicewalla Ranch Seasoning, divided

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup cream cheese, room temp

4-5 dill pickle spears, finely diced

2-3 Tbs fresh dill, finely chopped

potato chips or sliced veggies for serving

Preparation

  1. Heat a small saute pan over medium heat, add the panko bread crumbs, oil and 1 tsp of Spicewalla Ranch Seasoning. Stir constantly until the bread crumbs turn golden brown and crispy. Remove from the heat and set aside. 
  2. In a small mixing bowl, add the sour cream and cream cheese. Whisk together until smooth and fully incorporated. 
  3. Add the 2 Tbs Spicewalla Ranch Seasoning, most of the diced pickles and most of the fresh dill, keeping some of both for garnish. 
  4. Garnish with the bread crumbs, remaining diced pickles and fresh dill. 
  5. Serve with potato chips and/or veggies.
