makes 4 servings
ingredients
1 cup of vodka
2 cups tomato juice
2 tbsp clam juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh grated horseradish
1 tsp (or more!) Tabasco hot sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Spicewalla Berbere
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp Spicewalla coarse grind black pepper
4 celery stalks for serving
Spanish olives, pickled okra, lemon & lime wedges for garnish
1 cup of vodka

preparation:
1. Combine tomato juice, clam juice, lemon & lime juice, horseradish, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Berbere, salt, pepper, and celery salt in a pitcher or large mason jar and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference!
2. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours or overnight.
3. Before serving, stir vodka into bloody mix and pour into tall glasses filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a celery stalk, olives, citrus wedges, pickles, cocktail shrimp, etc. Get crazy.
