Every tin of Le Vigne Extra Virgin Olive Oil we ship between now and October 31, 2026 comes from the 2025 vintage and carries a best-by date of November 2026. We want you to know that before you order, not after you open the box.

A best-by date on olive oil marks the window the farm recommends for tasting it at its best. It is not a spoilage date. Olive oil doesn't turn on a particular day. Its brightest flavours soften gradually, and how you store it matters far more than what the calendar says.

Which is where the tin helps. Light, heat, and air are what wear olive oil down, and a sealed metal tin keeps light out completely.
