Kashmiri chili powder rocks

I used this last night in a great recipe of baked chicken thighs on peppers & onions as well as saag paneer. Yummy. Spicewalla is a great source for this spice.

Not too spicy

I've had kashmiri before that was too much to handle to the point that it almost ruins dishes. This one is palatable and adds actual bright flavor.

Tasty light heat

Kashmiri Chili Powder has a lovely taste and mild heat. Adds much to each dish by bringing out flavours and warming the mouth without burning it.
