Tomato and Turmeric Gazpacho

Posted by on

Gazpacho is a cold soup made of fresh, raw vegetables (and sometimes fruit) that are blended together to create a zesty, tangy, sweet, and refreshing dish to help cool you down on a hot summer day. We added a good helping of our Ground Turmeric to add a rich, earthy balance and a pop of color. Grab your blender and get your gazpacho on!
