Spicewalla X Seemore Sausage & Grilled Stone Fruit

Fire up the grill for this juicy, sweet, flavourful combo. Turn up the rich, sumptuous flavours of Seemore's veggie-packed sausages with fresh, grilled stone fruit and tangy Chilli Lime for a welcome remix on the usual cookout fare. 

  • Ingredients

    2 ripe peaches, pita removed and cut in half
    2 ripe plums, pits removed and cut in half
    Avocado oil
    12 oz Seemore La Dolce Beeta Sausage
    12 oz Seemore Chicken Kale Pesto Sausage
    Spicewalla Chilli Lime Seasoning
    Dill or other fresh herbs for garnish

    Preparation

    1.  Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
    2.  Brush the peach and plum halves with oil
    3.  Place the peaches, plums and sausage on the grill and cook until charred 
    4. Transfer to a plate and garnish with a few heavy pinches on Chilli Lime and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
