Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches, pita removed and cut in half
2 ripe plums, pits removed and cut in half
Avocado oil
Dill or other fresh herbs for garnish
Preparation:
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the peach and plum halves with oil
- Place the peaches, plums and sausage on the grill and cook until charred
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with a few heavy pinches on Chilli Lime and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
