4 corn tortillas
1 Tbsp oil
1 lb ground bison
1 cup mixed vegetables (we like red cabbage, carrots, and kale)
1 Tbsp Spicewalla Taco Seasoning Blend
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + cook veggie mix with salt/pep 3-5 min until tender; set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in skillet over high; add the bison to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 3-4 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + 2-3 tsp taco seasoning, then break into small pieces; cook 1-3 min until fully cooked + no pink remains.
- Meanwhile, stack 4 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft.
- Add fillings to tortillas, then fold + enjoy!
