1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp Spicewalla Ground Ginger
1 Tbs Sriracha or Sambal Oelek Chilli Paste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Carrots, julienned for garnish
1/2 head red cabbage leaves
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl combine pork, garlic, ginger, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and Chinese Five Spice, stir to distribute evenly and set aside.
- Heat canola or vegetable oil in a saute pan over high heat. Add pork and cook, stirring and breaking up frequently for about 5 minutes, until it has rendered some fat and is browned. Remove from heat.
- To assemble: Spoon pork mixture into a cabbage leaf and top with carrots, scallions and cilantro. Enjoy!
Delicious, added some diced water chestnuts and fresh sweet corn for texture and a hint of sweet. SO good.
