1/2 box Rigatoni Pasta
1/2 cup Whole Milk Ricotta
1.5 Tbsp Spicewalla Amore Italian Pizza Seasoning
1 cup Tomato sauce
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water, add half the box of pasta + cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot.
  3. Add 1 cup sauce, ½ cup ricotta, Amore Italian Pizza Seasoning + salt/pep to pasta; toss to coat noodles.
  4. Transfer pasta mixture to a lightly oiled baking dish + sprinkle on ½ cup mozzarella; bake 15-17 min until cheese is melted + bubbling.
  5. Cool pasta bake 5 min before scooping + digging in.
  6. Enjoy!
