1/2 box Rigatoni Pasta
1/2 cup Whole Milk Ricotta
1.5 Tbsp Spicewalla Pizza Seasoning Blend
1 cup Tomato sauce
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Boil a large pot of salted water, add half the box of pasta + cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot.
- Add 1 cup sauce, ½ cup ricotta, pizza seasoning packet + salt/pep to pasta; toss to coat noodles.
- Transfer pasta mixture to a lightly oiled baking dish + sprinkle on ½ cup mozzarella; bake 15-17 min until cheese is melted + bubbling.
- Cool pasta bake 5 min before scooping + digging in.
