    Growing up in Lancaster Pennsylvania, Chef Bob’s early childhood memories are filled with his dad’s food truck and bakery, learning the basics of cooking together. His love of the kitchen was obvious from a young age, leading him ultimately to go to Culinary school at Johnson and Wales in Miami, FL. There, Bob discovered his love for Latin cuisine while he was running a test kitchen for celebrity cruises. During his travels through the Caribbean and South America, he was able to continue to refine his French cooking techniques under the tutelage of award-winning chef, Daniel Boulud. While he still holds on to the basics he learned cooking side by side with his father, his recipes are a true reflection of his experiences and adventures traveling the world.
