2 cups fresh cantaloupe, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups fresh honey dew, cut into bite sized pieces
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp Spicewalla chaat masala
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh herbs (we used cilantro and mint)
1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- Place the diced melon in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- In another small mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, chaat masala, honey, and herbs. Whisk together until fully combined.
- Pour the dressing over the melon and stir until evenly coated.
- Place on your serving dish and top with chopped pistachios and another pinch of chat masala. Enjoy!
