Tossed in a sweet, funky and zesty dressing featuring our Chaat Masala, finished with fresh herbs and salty pistachios to round out the perfect flavor profile. This will be your new favorite beach snack, we just know it.
Chaat Masala Melon Herb Salad

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cantaloupe, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups fresh honey dew, cut into bite sized pieces
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp Spicewalla Chaat Masala
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh herbs (we used cilantro and mint)
1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped

Preparation
- Place the diced melon in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- In another small mixing bowl, combine the lime juice, Chaat Masala, honey, and herbs. Whisk together until fully combined.
- Pour the dressing over the melon and stir until evenly coated.
- Place on your serving dish and top with chopped pistachios and another pinch of Chat Masala. Enjoy!
