European Coriander

Part of the parsley family, coriander is the seed of the cilantro plant, and has a similarly grassy, clear flavor. European coriander is slightly more mild than Indian coriander, with a more warm and toasty flavor that’s less acidic, but does pairs well with flavors like lemon and orange. The small brown seeds are excellent when used as a flavoring for citrus cakes, rich curries, and soups.
