Q: Do you have retail storefronts?
A: We currently have a small retail space within our spice factory where our collections, top sellers, and blends are available for purchase. Some items and sizes may not be available for on-the-spot purchase. Stop by M-F from 10-3.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do! We use UPS Worldship to ship internationally.
Q: Can we tour your magical Spice factory?
A: We’d love to show you our spice factory. Just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 828-417-7010 to schedule a time to come by.
Q: Can we pickup our orders from your factory?
A: Yes, just select pick up during checkout. Our “dock” hours are from 10-3 M-F.
Q: Do you sell in bulk?
A: Yes! We offer substantial discounts on bulk wholesale orders. Email us at email@example.com with the quantities your looking for and we will work out special bulk pricing for you.
Q: I purchased a product I’d like to return. What’s the process?
A: If you purchased a Spicewalla item you would like to return here’s the deal:
- Let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package
- Must return within 15 days of purchase
- Must be unopened and in original packaging
Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. That’s it!
If we sent you the wrong spices just let us know as soon as you receive the package by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll make sure we get you what you need ASAP and we’ll help you get that order back. Shipping’s on us.
Q: How do refunds work?
A: If you would like a refund for returned Spicewalla spices it will be issued once we receive the original, unopened item back in our spice cave. We’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safe and sound. If you paid with a CC, it will be refunded back to the card used during checkout. If you have an account with Spicewalla, we will credit your account.
